production method | 1. Method: To a reaction flask equipped with a stirrer and a reflux condenser was added 14g(0.2mol) of propiolic acid (2) and 50ml of a 10% methanolic sulfuric acid solution. The reaction was refluxed with stirring for 45H. A portion of the ethanol was distilled off. After cooling, wash with saturated sodium chloride solution for three times, then wash with 5% sodium carbonate solvent until weak alkaline, wash with water, dry with anhydrous sodium sulfate, distillation, collect 95~104 ℃ fraction, methyl propiolate (1) was obtained in a yield of 38%.
